The R&D Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Nutrition Nestlé Production Technology Center (NPTC) Leadership Team and collaborates closely across multiple functions. The role operates in a dynamic, inclusive, and international environment that values diversity, agility, and collaboration.
A Day in the Life of an R&D Administrative Assistant
Manage calendars and schedules for two members of the NPTC Nutrition Leadership Team
Ensure high‑quality documentation, including minute‑taking, tracking and following up on action points, and maintaining document repositories
Facilitate efficient cross‑functional collaboration, especially with assistants based in Vevey, Konolfingen, and other NPTC units
Maintain and update SharePoint and intranet pages; create and prepare content when required
Proofread and enhance presentations and other materials to ensure clarity and consistency
Support onboarding activities for new employees and help ensure smooth integration and information flow
What Will Make You Successful
Completed higher commercial education or equivalent
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in an international and matrix environment
Strong digital literacy and ability to use modern tools effectively
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Proactive mindset and solution‑oriented approach
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a multicultural context
Fluency in English and German; French is considered an advantage
