- Artwork project management (50%)
- Lead the end-to-end process for the execution of +100 artworks,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure artwork timelines, accuracy and approvals are met,
- Monitor progress and update internal systems to reflect the status of all artwork-related tasks,
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements across artwork assets.
- Trade Show Planning & Execution and brand operations support (50%)
- Support the project management and coordination of teams involved in large-scale trade show events,
- Develop timelines, manage logistics and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders,
- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of all event components,
- Assist in budgeting, vendor coordination and on-site logistics,
- Create and adapt one-pagers and sales tools,
- Organise and maintain content hub assets, including updating images and materials,
- Assisting with administrative and operational tasks to support brand managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field,
- A first solid experience in project coordination, marketing operations or similar roles,
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and apply strong business acumen in communication and handling priorities
- Highly adaptable with strong competencies in thriving within fast-paced, dynamic and matrix environments.
