Are you passionate about connecting young talent with career-launching opportunities? Randstad is seeking a dynamic Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to work exclusively on-site at our client, Nestlé.

Employed by Randstad on a temporary contract basis, you will be fully embedded within Nestlé’s Swiss Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will collaborate directly with Nestlé's TA Partner for YOUth, hiring managers, and external partners to attract and hire the next generation of professionals. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience inside a leading global FMCG company, combining full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and project management to drive Nestlé's early-career hiring initiatives across Switzerland.

A Day in the Life

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internships, NeStep opportunities and other early-career programs, from kick-off with hiring managers to offer and onboarding.

• Build and engage talent pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Represent Nestlé at career fairs, university engagement and talent attraction events, helping strengthen our employer brand and connect with future talent.

• Partner with hiring managers, HR colleagues, universities and schools to understand talent needs and identify future opportunities.

• Contribute to projects and initiatives that support Nestlé's YOUth strategy, employer branding and early-career talent agenda.

• Leverage market insights, recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve our talent attraction approach.

What Will Make You Successful

• Initial professional experience, ideally gained in an international environment.

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment or HR is a plus, but we are equally interested in candidates with transferable skills from other functions.

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects.

• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trusted relationships with diverse audiences.

• A proactive, curious and solution-oriented mindset, combined with flexibility, learning agility and a desire to continuously improve.

• A genuine passion for connecting with students and graduates, and supporting the development of future talent.

• Familiarity with the Swiss education system and talent landscape is an advantage.

• Fluency in English and French is essential; German is an asset.
