About the Role

Our client, a leading international company in the consumer goods sector, is looking for a Creative Excellence & Brand Campaigns Manager to elevate creative quality and drive impactful brand campaigns across the European region.

In this strategic and highly collaborative role, you will ensure all campaigns are insight‑driven, culturally relevant, and capable of building strong long-term brand equity. You will work closely with central teams, local marketing teams, and agency partners to shape and execute creative strategies that resonate across multiple markets.

Your Responsibilities

As a Creative Excellence & Brand Campaigns Manager, you will:


Creative Leadership & Influence

  • Act as an ambassador for creativity, inspiring teams to raise their creative standards.

  • Influence stakeholders across regions and agencies to adopt insight-driven creative excellence principles.

  • Share best practices, benchmarks, and outstanding work to elevate expectations.

  • Lead inspiration sessions, creative reviews, and speaker engagements to foster a creativity-led culture.



Campaign Strategy & Development

  • Support the development of communication strategies aligned with long‑term brand-building objectives.

  • Translate strategy into annual content and campaign plans, including calendars and budget recommendations.

  • Lead insight‑driven campaign strategies rooted in consumer behaviour and brand purpose.

  • Co‑lead end‑to‑end campaign development across all touchpoints with regional and local teams.



Agency & Production Management

  • Drive creative development with agency partners, from briefs to production.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality, timing, and budget expectations.

  • Coordinate effective transcreation with local markets, ensuring cultural relevance and message consistency.

  • Provide clear guidelines, toolkits, playbooks, and updates to stakeholders.



What You Bring

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar field.

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in communications, media, or marketing within a consumer goods environment, incl. 3+ years in a central or regional role.

  • Strong experience working in or with creative agencies.

  • Background working with premium/luxury or direct‑to‑consumer brands is a plus.

  • Demonstrated success in developing creative concepts across paid, owned, and earned channels.

  • Strong knowledge of the consumer goods industry.

  • Proven ability to manage agencies and build high‑performing creative partnerships.

  • Experience leading multicultural teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.

  • Strategic mindset, strong leadership, and a collaborative working style.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
