Position summary
As a Commercial Development Project Manager, you will be part of the Nestlé International Travel Retail (NITR) team, reporting to the Commercial Development function. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing shopper-relevant initiatives to life——while keeping customer needs at the forefront.
You will oversee the planning and execution of trade marketing projects ensuring on time delivery and cost control within a budget.
Key Responsibilities
Implement at the POS, Shopper Marketing and Activation Initiatives to drive shopper conversion, aligned with Perfect Store Principles, brand, and category strategies.
Oversee end-to-end project management for activations and visibility initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and 3rd party agencies.
Own the shopper marketing budget within the scope of responsibility, produce financial reports, and identify opportunities to optimize spending and improve ROI.
Support the development of the Gift with Purchase (GWP) program including catalog creation, mechanics, inventory, budget, and distribution.
Profile
Academic background in marketing and/or project management
5 years professional experience, in Trade Marketing/Shopper Activation, ideally in Travel Retail
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated Commercial Competencies: Master Shopper Understanding, Develop Winning Strategies and Plans, Win in Omni-Channel, Deliver Superior Store Execution
Highly autonomous and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on execution, accountability, and delivering high-impact outcomes.
