For Nespresso, we are seeking a Coffee Quality Specialist to manage all stages of the coffee development process. In this role, you will support product quality initiatives through data analysis and reporting, ensure Product Development Center testing complies with company standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, machine development, and industrialization.

 

Tasks

·        Lead prototyping activities from end to end, including planning, production, validation, and quality management

·        Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized environment across the product development center and storage areas

·        Document newly developed methods, standards, and procedures clearly and systematically

·        Organize and perform sample analyses, coordinating with laboratory management and overseeing the full analysis process

·        Compile analytical results, interpret findings, and summarize them in structured reports

·        Collaborate closely with internal laboratories and product development teams to support key innovation projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Nestlé Head Office Laboratory

·        Support and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Nestlé Nespresso on relevant projects

·        Maintain strong, proactive communication with project stakeholders, including R&D teams, suppliers, factories, and supply chain partners

 

 

Profile

·        Master’s degree in Engineering with relevant experience in finished goods production is desired

·        Solid experience in laboratory and/or production environments, with a strong focus on analysis and quality management

·        Proven expertise in quality management systems, including procedures and maintenance. Experience in ISO-17025 is a plus

·        Experience with green coffee is considered an asset

·        Fluency in French and English; Spanish is a plus

·        Proficient in statistical data analysis and familiar with laboratory software tools such as GCQC, LIMS, and DOE

·        You are a rigorous and analytical professional with strong organizational and multitasking skills

·        You are a proactive and collaborative team player, comfortable working in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments and building effective cross-functional relationships
